We recently went to Anime Expo 2008. On the last day we were approached by someone cosplaying a Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard Commissar. Not only that, the Commissar had a custom made Bolt Gun. This was THE BEST COSPLAYER at Anime Expo 2008 hands down. Our hats off to you Commissar, where ever you may be!
